BioPsychometric ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Pace of Aging mobile application and the biopsychometric.com website (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: email address and, if you sign in with Apple, the identifiers Apple provides.
Health and assessment data you provide: age, sex, height, weight, resting heart rate, waist circumference, breath-hold duration, reaction time, and lifestyle factors (such as sleep and activity habits) that you enter during an assessment.
Assessment results: the speed-of-aging scores and history calculated from the data above.
Subscription and purchase data: subscription tier and status, processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Usage and device data: basic technical information (such as device type and app version) used to keep the Service running reliably.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To calculate and display your speed-of-aging results and track your progress over time
- To create and maintain your account
- To manage subscriptions and entitlements
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- To respond to support requests sent to biopsychometric@gmail.com
3. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Assessment and account data are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which processes limited data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- RevenueCat — manages subscription purchases and entitlements
- Apple (App Store / Sign in with Apple) — handles authentication and payment processing
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated assessments at any time by emailing biopsychometric@gmail.com; deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at biopsychometric@gmail.com.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
